Appointments
- You can cancel or ask to reschedule up to the notice period shown on your booking page at no charge.
- Deposits for late cancellations or no-shows may be retained.
- If we need to cancel, any deposit is refunded in full or moved to a new time of your choice.
Fixes
If a nail lifts or breaks within a few days because of application, contact us for a complimentary repair appointment.
Shop orders
Unpaid orders can be cancelled from your order page. Paid orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.
Refund timelines
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Banks usually take 5–7 working days to credit the amount.
