What we collect
When you book, order, register or contact us we collect your name, mobile number, email address, delivery or visit address, appointment preferences, design choices and any reference photos you upload. Payment details are processed by our payment gateway; we never see or store your full card number.
How we use it
To provide appointments and orders, send confirmations and updates, answer enquiries, improve our services and meet legal obligations. Marketing emails and WhatsApp updates are sent only if you opt in, and you can opt out at any time.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers needed to run the business (payment gateway, email provider, courier, WhatsApp Business provider) and where required by law. We do not sell personal data.
Reference photos
Inspiration photos are stored privately and are visible only to you and our studio team.
Retention & your rights
We keep records for as long as needed for the purposes above and for accounting requirements. You may request access, correction or deletion of your data, and withdraw consent, by contacting us. This policy is intended to align with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
